Terms of Service

Effective: 3 September 2026

These terms apply to purchases of RFBenchmark LTE450 Advanced Mode supplied by RFBENCHMARK sp. z o.o.. They supplement the general RFBenchmark terms and the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Service and account

Advanced Mode is a digital subscription for enhanced application and analytics features. Access requires a valid RFBenchmark LTE450 account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for using the service lawfully.

Ordering, billing and renewal

You may select a monthly or annual recurring plan. The checkout displays the applicable price, estimated or final taxes, billing period and any trial before you confirm payment. Paddle is our authorized reseller and merchant of record, processes the order and payment, and issues the purchase documents.

The subscription renews automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel it through the Paddle Customer Portal using the link supplied by Paddle. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or portal states otherwise.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may make reasonable technical and security changes. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated where required.

Contact contact@rfbenchmark.com for product support. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Diese Bedingungen gelten für den Kauf des RFBenchmark LTE450 Advanced Mode von RFBENCHMARK sp. z o.o.. Ergänzend gelten die allgemeinen RFBenchmark-Bedingungen und die Paddle-Käuferbedingungen.

Dienst und Konto

Der Advanced-Modus ist ein digitales Abonnement für erweiterte App- und Analysefunktionen. Der Zugang erfordert ein gültiges RFBenchmark LTE450-Konto.

Bestellung, Abrechnung und Verlängerung

Sie können ein monatlich oder jährlich wiederkehrendes Abonnement wählen. Vor der Bestätigung zeigt der Checkout Preis, Steuern, Abrechnungszeitraum und gegebenenfalls Testzeitraum an. Paddle ist unser autorisierter Wiederverkäufer und Merchant of Record und wickelt Bestellung und Zahlung ab.

Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch, bis es gekündigt wird. Verwaltung und Kündigung erfolgen über das Paddle Customer Portal. Die Kündigung wird normalerweise zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums wirksam.
